Fort Hancock to Van Horn TX

It is great hearing from everyone. I love all the chatty news. Pretty early ride with wild horses and unusual white flowers. The trip was 75 miles, I made it to 60 miles and felt totally exhausted as most of the early trip was up hill. It felt safer to sag. Actually laid down in my tent and crashed before dinner. We had 7 or 8 flat tires in the group today, fortunately not me. Beautiful night, cool in the shade. Trees and grass in the camp. Dinner was okay, brisket that was somewhat dry but with a good sauce. Longing for a really good meal that is not Texmex and not ground beef. I suspect that will be when we have our next feed yourself evening. Time change today as we march East, in central time now. Thinking of all of u a lot and missing u. Amlmag

  1. I am still not managing to grasp how you stay so styish while biking a 100 miles a day and sleeping in a tent! I love hearing about all you new adventures each day. Billy is standing here next to me chanting "go Marge go...go Margie go go go!" :)
    Stay safe.
