Well it seems like I have lost all the posts I have written since 3/16. We were in the mountains with no Internet access or very little so the post were back logging in the system. Then the program froze and when I rebooted all the unpublished posts were lost. So sad. Anyway I will try to recap the last 3 days. Sat 3/17 we ride 40 of the planned sixty with strong headwinds, bicycling for 8 hours. Long days with tired muscles. We got to camp and I took a shower and colored my hair and put on a skirt and felt human for the first times in days. The evening was nie but starting to get a little chilly. Rain forecast for tomorrow, Sunday , our first non ride day.
